It's gear for making music and it's not the only brand there is. The mushyness yuk I like guitars not just one kind or one brand. There are many great ones around made by others. Just watch some of the great guitarist live on stage and look behind them and see the different guitars they use doing a show. There are many fine instruments out there people and not one is a do it all and if you think it is you are limiting youself. I just have a hard time getting philosophical about it.
