My choice remains with the VOX wah its seems easier to modulate and it responds very well but The Dunlop it´s quite good, besides Vox it´s cheaper ;) about 50 euros here in Portugal

I just spent a while last week trying out a bunch of wah pedals and settled on the Dunlop 95Q. I liked the easy 'put your foot on and it turns on, take your foot off and it turns off' aspect of the pedal. The adjustable sweap and volume boost were the icing on the cake.

I had a plain old Original Crybaby for about 12 years, and after trying wah pedals like the 95Q, I'll never go back to the standard button switch units again. Nothing really wrong with them, but it's so much easier to just put your foot on and activate the pedal rather than push on the pedal until the switch clicks the unit on and then do the same to turn it off. It allows you to stay focused on what you are playing rather than thinking about the function of your pedal.

I'd say neither and find yourself and old Ibanez WH10 wah. They're amazing! :D

You have to remember there are several different CryBaby Wah's , I am guessing there are like a half dozen on the market now.

i have 3 of the reissues one of
them is USA built and only runs
on a 9 voly battery. the other 2
have AC adaptors and made in china.

you wont find a USA built vox wah
anymore they stop making the vox
USA wah 3 years ago. its a shame
because there better quality.

I use a Vox V847 mainly because my son-in-law gave it to me but the Vox V847a is a true bypass. I would have probably bought another brand if I had done the shopping, but beggars can't be choosers as they say. I'm satisfied! :)

I broke 3 Crybaby's before I moved on to the Vox. I absolutely loved it and had it for years until I tried the Budda wah...I traded the Vox in for it. 7 years later, she hasn't let me down once. It's true bypass and the sweep is just phenomenal. I play more classic/hard rock and blues styles.

I'd have to go with the Crybaby, specifically the crybaby classic because it has the fasel inductor. Gives a nice vocal sweep and sounds great with overdrive.

i own 3 vox wahs and 2 cry baby wahs
and a jimi hendrix signature wah and a
eddie van halen signature wah.
all 7 of these wahs are perfect for blues/hard rock/classis rock
and even metal you cant go wrong with anyone of these.

That is a lot of Wahs!
