Just bought a 2003 white blonde 57 Reissue but I am not sure about the neck it arrived with - the Fender logo and headstock decals looks like they been replaced with transfers. They have been applied on top of a thick gloss varnish which also covers the neck pocket stickers, is this how these necks are supposed to be? Barcode sticker numbers are 0053774-970 date stamped Jul 15 2003 and R VALENCH. I have several American Standard strats and they all have neck logo under the varnish.....do all 57 reissue's come like this, and how do I tell if this is the correct USA neck?

yeah the old ones were stickers ontop of the finish and the reissues seem to be the same. My 57 hotrod is the same way too.
