It should fit, but you never know until you match body to the neck. I must say that I think $270 for a MIM neck is quite a bit of cash. You can get a MIA neck for a good price if you look.
Just for a point of comparison, I bought a 2003 Fender Classic series 50's Stratocaster in very good condition(8.5-10) from a local shop used for $212. That is the WHOLE GUITAR! I would look around to see what you can find. It is a really nice soft V neck with a nice feel, so It is a smooth playing neck. A good choice. It has a nice feel to it, good fret work, and vintage vibe.
