I want to tell the world that I am hell bent on Guitar Religion.

Music saves the world, not politics.

My peace from this disgusting world is my Fender Stratocaster Guitar and my Fender Hotrod Deville 410 amplifier.

Listen to the ages, Holly, Hendrix, Vaughan etc etc. I'm sure all these guy's escaped to their Strats from the hell on Earth.

Thank Leo "God" for FENDER.

The world is what you make of it. It`s only disgusting if you do nothing to make it a better place.
Leo Fender was not a God, just a man with an innovative idea.

Ok, if he was not a god, why is it that the majority of musicians of the world play Fender guitars or a product alike.

Almost like Christian religion aint it.

The whole point of my posting was about the music itself and the awesome product of Fender.

I apologise if i've offended religious folk, but mate this is about music.

Who is GOD?? My opinion is just that, an opinion, just like yours.

This posting is not intended to offend nor recieve likewise.

cheers.

I`m not turning this into a religious tennis game nor am I offended by your post. If you think Leo Fender is a God, thats nice. Musicians use Fender products because their good, and thats reason enough.

This is a goofy thread. Guitars are like gods waiting to be discovered. Gods don't need to be "discovered", they had NO problem of making themselves known in history. People in Greece didn't just stumble across some powerful god and start worshipping him for some random reason.

Makes no sense at all.

And Leo was a brilliant guy, with a great vision that he actually did something about. He wasn't anymore god-like that Bill Gates, maybe even less so since Bill's (stolen) ideas and vision have impacted far more than the electric guitar. And I certainly wouldn't consider ol' Bill a god :)

If bill gates is a god, than why does my vista suck so bad? Really though, this thread is totally !@$. I love my strat as much as anyone, but I dont sacrifice goats to it.
This world friggin' rocks. If you dont like it, you should just kill yourself, and leave a note indicating that you want to be buried with your "god/ guitar."

HA! That's funny. I agree though. I love it. Times get bad here and there, but it is, what you make of it. I thought that was just some crap line to tell people, but it's totally true.

If you whine about all the little bad things and focus all your life on breath on things you hate, then yeah - you'll see them over and over again for the rest of your life, because that's what is important to YOU - hating and complaining.

If you focus that same attention and your life on things you truly love (family, friends, guitar, whatever) then you'll find ways to do that more too, and you'll see that come up. And what have you really changed in the world? NOTHING! Nothing has changed one bit. Only your attitude and outlook changed, so that in itself changes your whole world.

Life too short to waste your time stopping things you don't like. Only losers focus on the bad things.

Weird post.

"Guitars are like Gods just waiting to be discovered"

I haven't discovered any gods, but I have found some decent guitars.

Wow, it's amazing how a single posting can create such a dramatic response of stereotyped and formed opinions.

Anyway you all have taken it a bit further than what my posting actually meant.

The posting title I used was to describe the gravity of how much I love Fender Guitars etc, not to have people make me out to sound like a "freak".

Each to their own!!, every individual in the world has a right to voice their opinions. Just like you people.

jnasty NE, you should not be aloud to post when you make such suggestions for people to kill themselves.

Thanks 01gt eibach,

remember big brother is watching!!

Nothing like a good laugh though.

A gutiar is like a young child waiting for someone to bring out the best it has or the worst. Given time somethings going to happen.
