Yeah I see quite a bit of that on ebay here in australia. Mostly people flogging Squier Strats as fender's. They probably don't know any better but on the same hand you probably get those people wanting to buy something for their kid, they've heard that Fender's are good so they blindly full the trigger thinking they're getting a really good deal.

At the end of the day people just need to remember that if a deal seems way too good to be true, it probably is.

Judging by the starting price, he doesn't seem to be convinced that it is a real Fender.
