Personally, I don't think there is much point in putting in an S1 switch unless you have SCN pups or mini humbuckers.
I can't help you with finding one...you'd have to look for it your self. I suggest eBay or something like that....I saw one somewhere in some parts shop I found on google (you can usually get them in a set with the pickguard and all the stuff attached onto them). I'll put in a link if I find it.

Depending on your pickups you should pick a wiring scheme that suits you. Here's a link to all the wiring diagrams for Fender's S-1 guitars.
But to be honest, if you just want to add more pickup selections to your ordinary single-coil pickups I suggest you just change your 5 way selector switch to something like a 7 way or whatever ones they make.
