Has anyone played the new Eric Johnson signature model with the Rosewood fingerboard? I want to know if the binding and the Rosewood added (to what I think is already a great guitar) make it worth an extra $800 over the maple fingerboard model...?

Obviously Rosewood vs Maple is a matter opinion and personal taste.

I havent played one I wish I could buy one though but I rather have all my 8 guitars than sell them to get only one guitar even if its the EJ one which by the way looks beautiful with the rosewood fretboard, I am sure it is a great guitar anyway :)
