hey. i recently am the proud owner of a HSS highway one strat after many years of playing ibanez rg's. my output jack mounting hex nut (seen in schematic reference drawing #20 in the manual) part # 0016352000. exactly what size is thsi nut and are there teflon/plastic socket wrenches anyone knows of to tighten them?
guitar center uses needle nose pliers and i tried a few wrenches but none fit? i need to make it tight without scratching the chrome housing ..thanks !!!!!!

I use a 1/2 in. socket. I remove the screws for the jack plate and pull it off the guitar. That way I can grasp the back of the jack as I tighten it.

Same here, but on my son's Squire Strat the best fit was with an 11 mm nut driver.
