$2000 sounds about right from what I've seen around. You could do better, you could do worse.

But if it's in good shape, and the parts are original (I don't count frets in that--for refrets I'd look at the quality of the refret.)

It looks like a 3 piece body--which some people don't seem to like--and that was more common in the 70's apparently. As long as it's not plywood--I wouldn't worry about it. And it doesn't look like plywood.

If it feels good in your hands, and sounds good to your ears, it's a fair price. You're not getting a super deal, but you aren't getting ripped off if it's not a fake and it's in good shape.

Well, the only part modded I see is the truss rod nut, but I have the original one.
I think obviously the neck was been refretted, because the frets are about new....not possible for 32 years of life.
For the price, no secrets, I pay about 2000 USD...

Now I will adjust for my prefs....the seller use very heavy strings....
Very Nice. :) Have fun with your new Strat.

Thanks for your opinions, guys....
Another question....
Can someone tell me how to remove, or reduce, the smoke smell from the strat body ?
I read something about that, but before to damage the wood I prefer an expert opinion.....

Thanks again..
:)
