I would like to raise the action higher but when i go to do so the screws raising the saddle fall out the bottom. So is it possible to get saddle screws that are taller to allow this or is that a bad idea?

Any info on helping me do this is very appreciated.

You can buy saddle screws in different lenths. If you already have long ones you may need to shim front of neck pocket.

Yes i agree with knowing how to setup your guitar and how much of a difference a good setup will make. Ive learned how to setup my own guitars for that reason but this is my first strat and guitar with saddles so im not familiar with it. I checked the curve and it is a nice bowl shape and looks good. So i want to try taller screws but i cant find them online so where would be a place to buy them. Thanks.
