I've stupidly been lured into not one but two fatuous "discussions" of that topic. Talk about banging your head against a wall...

If people want to believe daft nonsense - let 'em. Or at least save arguments for the subjects that matter.

Here's a good conspiracy theory. Apparently chocolate producers discovered that the best possible material for guitar fingerboards is actually high cocoa solid chocolate. However, the timber industry is involved in a conspiracy to supress this information and put around a myth that maple or rosewood makes a nice fingerboard. It seems the mafia is in collusion over this plot and are behind paramilitary actions in chocolate producing countries to persecute cocoa growers. It's a huge cover up.

There. Let's see how long it takes for that one to rush around the internet...
