Hot noiseless have ceramic magnets and quite a bit of harshness prevelant in most ceramic pickups. They may be tamed i've no hands on experience of playing them, just hearing them.
Vintage noiseless are alnico V magnets but are very glassy with a harshness of their own that can be tamed and give some quite beautifull sounds.
SCN's are samarium cobalt magnets and the best all rounder from fender i've heard. They can lack sparkle as they are slightly overwound but its nothing that cant be eq'd out.

I have VN's and SCN's in different guitars and prefer SCN's simply for their variety of uses. If i was playing harder styles I'd be tempted to try hot noiseless. Vintage noiseless have a sound of their own that could be adapted to various styles. I think lend themselves to softer jazz/blues/country styles but dont have the traditional fender sound.

Just listened to your demo's on myspace. I recommend either a hot noiseless in the bridge and vintage noiseless in the mid and neck positions, or a set of scn's. With Scn's i'd be looking for a deluxe strats S1 wiring install too, to help the driven sounds you use on some songs.
