i have a bonnie raitt strat with vinage trem. i want to put the new two point trem on it is it possible? will it ruin my strat? will tou see the old holes ? ect.... please help with any suggestions?

If the job is done by someone skilled with previous experience theres no reason it should ruin the guitar.
The holes will remain visible to you atleast. A good dowel and refinish could well sort that out too.
Its not simply a case of 'slap it on there and hope for the best'. I know that user Ceri has done it, its worth checking back to see if he adds anything from his experiences.

You could do that you would have to drill bigger holes for the 2 studs if you want to upgrade to the american standard tremolo, however you would have to be really skilled and very precise with the right tools so you dont ruin the body.. its not an easy job but its possible... and then if you make it you have to fill the holes that are left with some wood fill ...... etc
