What is there about pickup positions that is confusing you?

Welcome to the Forum. First question we're going to ask is what is the year and model Stratocaster do you have? Helps us to narrow down specific questions.

What is your question? Do you have a 3 way or 5 way switch or is it more of a tone-type question?

Welcome to the forum. Do you want advice on how the switches work, or maybe on which pickups to use for different occasions?

If you can narrow it down there are many friendly and helpful people who can lend some advice!!

The manual suggested that the position of the pole piece should be 2mm from the lowest string when the string is depressed, it is not. The second guestion is that the pole pieces are all att different level, som are to high som are just as high as the sensor cover. How do I adjust that? should I do somthing? :?

The model is American Standard MN CND Fender Stratocaster, It is the newest model.

My question is: The manual suggested that the position of the pole piece should be 2mm from the lowest string when the string is depressed, it is not. The second guestion is that the pole pieces are all att different level, som are to high som are just as high as the sensor cover. How do I adjust that? should I do somthing? :?

The pole pieces should be staggered, meaning not all the the same height, you are fine as is.

np  I would suggest anyone get Dan Erlewine's Guitar Players repair Guide. Even if you never do any repairs on your own, or adjustments, the knowledge contained in it is invaluable. (No I'm not a relative or employee, but it's just that good a reference guide.)

Welcome friend ,

The pole pieces on your single coils have to be like that so as to match the radius of your fretboard. Your fretboard is not totally straight but it has a curve whose top is between d and g string. So you see that the pole pieces on your coils are higher for d and g string.
Now about the height. You can really adjust it by yourself using a small screwdriver and playing around with the screws which are next to the coils. In your guitars manual you will find the wanted height. Take a ruler and go on. YOU CAN !!! And you will be very happy by doing it alone.

That's all mate !
Greetings from Greece...
