Thank you for your help. I called Fender and they were able to let me know that my guitar was born in 1994.

hey my friend. i have a brilliant early 2007
MIK special edition lite ash strat. # 0612 are the first 4
numbers there are no letters in the front. if you call
the fender corp. they will give you the month and year
you guitar was born. fenders are born not made.
