There must be a tax on literacy where he lives.

Silk, you could buy a stock sunburst strat with a V neck and put your signature anywhere you like. It would certainly be cheaper than a customshop like 918's jaw dropping model. I really like the sig on the headstock idea. Unfortunately with the poor standard of my handwriting crayola would probably be the only option available to me.

Wood: Swamp Ash
Neck: Maple, 12" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets
Bridge: Hardtail
Finish: aged Cherry sunburst
pickguard: white pearloid.
pickups: not sure, this is probably the hardest thing for me to decide on, but definately a humbucker in the bridge, with a coil split switch(push pull), and push pull switch for the neck pickup. seperate volume control for the neck pickup, and tone only on the neck pickup.
no, I would not like my guitar relicked.......

I'd really dig a SRV signature strat, only with a nitro finish, a satin finished neck, strings that were closer together, a reverse headstock and the neck joint contour thing that's on the Jeff Beck strat.

My dream guitar is:

Body Alder
Neck Maple, Modern “C” Shape,
(Satin Urethane Finish)
Fingerboard Rosewood
No. of Frets 22 Jumbo Frets
Pickups 3 Hot Single-Coil Strat® Pickups with Alnico 3 Magnets and Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity Middle Pickup
Controls Master Volume,
Tone 1. (Neck Pickup), Greasebucket™ Tone Circuit, (Rolls Off Highs without Adding Bass)
Tone 2. (Bridge Pickup), Greasebucket™ Tone Circuit, (Rolls Off Highs without Adding Bass)
Pickup Switching 5-Position Blade:
Position 1. Bridge Pickup
Position 2. Bridge and Middle Pickup
Position 3. Middle Pickup
Position 4. Middle and Neck Pickup
Position 5. Neck Pickup
Bridge Vintage Style Synchronized Tremolo
Machine Heads Fender®/Schaller Locking Tuners
Hardware Chrome
Pickguard 3-Ply Parchment

AKA my Highway 1 Stratocaster with my new Schaller's on it.

The only other thing I would add is either a Bird's eye maple or Mahogany neck with Rosewood fretboard and abalone dots, but I am happy with my current neck. :D
