That totally depends on what you like in a guitar. Try it out in a shop and see.
Feature-wise it's an amazing instrument. You can get anything from a 12 string acoustic to a Telecaster sound on it.

Wether it's worth it or not is for you to decide, as there might be some features that you'd use every day, and some that you would never touch.
