There is something about that great ozone smell of a strat as electricity flows throught it.

The best thing about a Strat is... Being at an open blues jam, kicking on your boost pedal, throwing it into the neck position and tearing it up. Then watching the faces of Les Paul and PRS players.

HAH!

I've owned two LPs, (a gold top deluxe and a Recording model) but I play Strats now!

I do so love the different sounds I get when I use the neck or bridge pup, and when I mix the single coil with the HB!

When I first played a Strat the pups were so hot and the tone changes so rad when I "shifted gears" that it scared me!

"This will take some getting used to!" I said to myself....

Um, it's a sonic and physical manifestation of the person playing it?

I love everything about my Strat, the stand out for me is the neck. I've never experienced such a great neck on any other guitar, this post prompted me to get her out

The tone... the absolute pure intoxicating tone as you stroke just the right power chords into sonic submission.

Love it.

After a good few months playing my tele i went and spent some time with my strats. You can count me as a contour fan, also positions 2&4. Nothing else has those 2 things.

A rose is a rose is a rose!
A strat is a strat is a strat, whoever its made by. :D
