Not really my thing (carved up guitars), but it is a fantastic display of the woodcarvers artistry.

I'm glad the story had a happy ending

I do hope it causes nobody any offence if I mention here a story I recently came across. A shop in Ludington MI recently believed they had discovered the face of Christ in the bookmatched grain on a Washburn acoustic:

Personally, I think that image looks more like Gandolf. Or an Orangutan. But, that's just me. Nice wood, though.
