Hi,

This is my first 'real' post as I generally reply to topics. I'm interested in everyone's opinion of the 'In Session' recording of Stevie Ray and Albert King.
IMO it's a great unrehearsed jewel, the much older King giving SRV advice and remeniscing about old days. You can see that they both respected each other and the session was a fusion of great music, they have a good laugh! :D My personal favourite from the video would be 'Outskirts of Town'.

It's a little off topic i suppose, but what does everyone think of the show/recording (if you've seen it)?

P.S Just ordered a new strat, c shape, olympic white, single pickups, maple neck (lefty), cant wait till it arrives

There's a DVD of it. It's called 'Albert King wth Stevie Ray Vaughn - In Session'. It's a grainy mid-quality video but is gold! :D
