anyone have any experience with these.

they comes with the vintage noiseless..

the problem I'm seeing with this strat is when the selector is in the bridge only position the output is 2/3 less than say the middle pup only..

I double checked everything following the signal path thru the switch and push button switch with my meter and there is no open or bad solder joints..

I went to start on it again this morning, now the bridge pup is completely dead, I swapped the bridge and middle pup position on the switch to rule out the switch, but the same problem exists still..

I'm thinking the bridge pup took a crap..

:(

Sorry there were no posts on the subject. Personally, I have no experience with the noiseless pups. I never liked them because they were too thin sounding to my ears. But a dead pickup is definitely not something that should happen in any new guitar.
Once again, I really don't know enough about these pups to even guess what went wrong here.

Hello Indian Scout,

Firstly welcome to the forums.

Good idea send it back.

I have vintage noiseless on my deluxe
and they perform well, no complaints here.

Hope things work out.

Cheers.

Yeah, My Players Strat Bridge Pick up Cuts throught he loudest stage setup. It Screams "Play 'Walk Don't Run' With Me!" when it's clean, and says, "Remember Pete Townsend," when it's overdriven.

You should send yours back for a new one, or make them replace the pus if you like something about the guitar that you must have.

I decided instead of doing the RMA route I'd just open her up and find the problem and fix it,

was a cold solder joint on the switch and a solder bridge.

I resoldered everything and man she screams now..

love this Fender...
