I use Cool pics I have been using the ones with the rubberized texture grips on them and they rarely slip. The only problem is the rubber dots come off really easy. But I just got some Cool pics with sand paper texture on them and I really like them. You should try em' if you can stand the feel of sand paper

I usually use white Fender medium 351 picks and sometimes the thin version.

I just bought a bag of mixed Fender medium picks and two of them were the larger 346's the sort that has three playing surfaces. What a difference in the sound - it gives such a smooth mellow tone. I'll occasionally use these for some songs but will continue to use the 351's most of the time.

Been using Jim Dunlop USA Nylon 1.0 mm and .73 mm since I picked up a guitar very good picks in my opinion they have some nice tone.
