I did have a dog, Max, that whizzed on the screen of my Fender Super amp years ago. Hard as hell to take that apart and clean it right.

I asked him why he did it, and he never gave me a straight answer. He just mumbled something about the use of offshore companies to manufacture key components that we could produce right here at home and promote our homeland economy. Boy, that Max was a character!

I have to agree. Everyone has his own opinions though. Large head stock, you gotta either love them or hate them.

Most people I know love them, and even prefer the large ones. I just like the sleeker look of the original small headstocks myself, and those big ones just look goofy to me. I see a guitar when that, and I just stare at that headstock, and can't look away. Like Austin Power when he couldn't stop staring at that mole. "Mmmmmmole! Nice to MOLE you!"
