i was wondering if anyone had any sugesstions for getting a tone that is close to that of buddy guy or a really good chicago blues tone. i play a MIM strat through a VibroChamp XD. I was wondering if a new amp would be necessary. If so I want it to be under $200 because I'm on a tight budget now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

As far as the new Buddy Guy tone goes, the TBX tone circuit is crucial. It's only about 10 or 15 dollars.
