Hello,
I am looking for a suggestion. A few years ago I bought a '62 reissue at The House of Guitars in Rochester, NY. I was told at the time of purchase that it would take a few days to setup the guitar. When I picked it up the action was marginally acceptable. Last year I took the guitar to Graphic Woodworkers in Hilton NY. After they worked on it, it was better than what the House of Guitars was able (or willing) to do. Anyhow, I have played enough strats to know that the setup on mine could be a lot better. Does anyone have an idea where I might be able to get the work done?

The best advice I can give you is to take the time to learn to do it yourself.

It is ALL about the truss rod! I can get any guitar to low action by using this method: Image
