Hey all, thought I may introduce myself with my first post. My names Justin, I've been playing guitar for the past 4 years & I've been a fan of Fender as well as many other brands for that long. My first electric was an HSS Squier Strat, 6 months later I got a Fender Standard Satin Strat which was my main axe for a loong time. I also have a custom Strat I made with Warmoth body, Mighty Mite neck, Gibson pickups & Sperzel tuners.

Heres a pic of my Standard Strat:

My first real band was real heavy modern thrash, kind of Shadows Fallish. At first we were kind of Iron Maidenish though. That band broke up, eventually reformed & broke up again.. Now me & the bassist are working on stuff of our own in our original style, classic rock/80's rock/hair metal :D

thanks for the kind words bro :D

Thanks :D The Rhoads is my baby. I got her from the same place I got my Strat. They had her for a year, & when I could afford it I put her on layaway. Since I'm a regular, they let me keep it on layaway for like 3 or 4 months instead of the usual 90 days :)

The Warmoth was designed as a kind of tribute to the guitars of some of my favorite guitarists. I put it together for my senior project. The inspiration was Steve Clarks les Paul Customs, Phil Collens blue Jackson PC-1 & SRV's #1 :)

Its the gold trimmings that do it for me. Theres something incredibly attractive about gold. I'm blinging my partsastrat this week hopefully

I had the RR3, but bought it because i thought i always wanted one. I dont play metal anymore so i had no use for it and it went.

Ya I love gold hardware myself!

Rkreisher, the blueburst Strat is the Custom, ya. It could play metal, but I think the Burstbucker Pro's are better for rock
