There is/was the Ritchie Blackmore Signature Strat from the Fender Custom Shop - a little searching and here it is:

http://www.fendercustomshop.com.au/customartistseries/0102400.php

and some more info:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ritchie_Blackmore_Stratocaster

Of course this is a now discontinued model, but hey, they did make some.

PS Edited to add another reference to the guitar - from a current "Fender" page -

http://www.fenderplayersclub.com/pdfs/gear/blackmore_gear.pdf - a small PDF about Ritchie Blackmore's gear.

I've seen Ritchie with Blackmore's night last year and he played the old Deep Purple songs with his set net strat...what a guitar!

Yes neck through is just one log with two wings, Jacksons are all neck through, also BC Rich. Set neck are glued. I've seen a neck through Strat in a book, it was from early 80s and it was supposed to be the Stratocaster Ultra that never came into production.

Of course, the later Ultra is a bolt on.

I found a Korean Strat years ago in a pawn shop that appeared to have a neck through design. But when I looked very closely, I could see that it was just a very well disguised set neck. The Spalted Maple Tele(also Korean) has the same very well disguised set neck. Nice guitars nonetheless.

The thru body Strat was only made as a limit edition for only a year or 2 in the early 90's. I have only seen one, and that is because my best friend won one in a drawing at a music store. They are awesome. He didn't like strats, so he traded it for a Steinberger a few years later. Eventually another friend of mine was able to purchase it, and he still has it to this day. I have been trying to get him to sell it to me for over 10 years.

Search for Showmaster and you may find what you seek...
Not sure if they did through neck ones but definitely glued neck ones.
There were definitely through neck Squier Stagemasters.

I had a Showmaster. Mahogany body and set neck. I had the 3 single coil version. Made in Korea. Sounded a bit like a PRS single coil. Fender also had a SSH model along with a HH. Hardware was what they called a "smoke" finish shinny chrome black look. The Fender name on the headstock was made from metal. I ended up selling it I just did not like the tone.

If a guitar has a solid connection between the neck and the body, a neck through design isn't always better. If the hardware is loose (bridge/saddles/nut) or the string tension isn't there, you'll lose sustain. People always complain about the Strat not having the same sustain as a Les Paul. What really is the difference between the two? The Les Paul is glued in a neck pocket (and it does NOT fill up the entire pocket) and the Stratocaster is screwed down tight in the pocket. Either way, the full contact of the neck heal into the body is the same. It bugs me sometimes when people argue there is a difference based upon the construction, not the difference between a tremolo and non-tremolo system. But a hardtail strat should have the same if not better sustain than a Les Paul because the scale length causes more string tension and actually increases the sustain. The only Gibson that has a neck through design is the Firebird. There are one-off models, but not many out there. If anyone thinks the neck through or set neck design is better, I think they need to really think about what I said....

Why would you want a neck through guitar? Do you perceive an advantage. There's no evidence available that a neck through is in any way superior to other mainstream construction methods.

Well they do sound different. You have to turn up to hear it like most tonal changes.
People that say I cant hear any difference compared them at living room levels.
Another advantage to neck through would be on a floyd.
No neck shift on dive bombing for more stable tuning.
Most sonic challenged items cant be heard unless you crank it up.
I used to prfer neck thru now I dont

There is the Showmaster... but I don't know if that counts as a "Strat!"
