Essentially, all of us are pretty much saying the same thing: Your strings are getting hung up somewhere. Obviously, without it in front of any one of us, we could keep offering possible causes/solutions indefinitely.

PLEASE don't take this sarcastically: You've stated that your guitar was setup by a pro. This issue would (or should) be addressed as part of a pro setup. Your best bet would be to take it back to him or her for a resolution.

Sometimes also the nut has really tight railings for the strings... that they dont come back to the original position... that happened with my mim and was one of the reasons I replaced that nut with a graphtech nut that I bought... also it depends on the string gauge you use I noticed that tuning problems tend to be less when you use higher gauges
