Hi,

I am trying to get a handle on the value of some used Masterbuilt strats. Are the values of the "limited run" (100-250 )masterbuilts higher or lower than say a masterbuilt where someone requested a one-off (ie. give me a relic 1965 reissue) piece. Its all very confusing. And would it be better to buy one originally made by a Masterbuilder who no longer works at Fender?

Thanks alot
A

alainlafrance might be the one to best address this question but you need to be more specfic as to the reason for your post....are you a collector, in terms of the use of the word 'value', or are you interesting in knowing if you are getting more bang for the buck :?:

I am a player and minor collector. I want to play it but I am more concerned about overpaying market rather than "getting a deal so I can flip the piece".

Thanks
