I was at my shop today, and there was a new shipment. It was a grafitti yellow guitar, maple neck/fingerboard, large '70's headstock, and only ONE seymour duncan humbucker, with only one control (volume) and a hard tail six saddle bridge, like a telecaster's. i probably should have wrote the serial number down  . The headstock just said "Fender Stratocaster" and "Deluxe Series." I looked it up, but i am guessing it is out of production. The price i believe was 600 bucks.

Just curious...

Sounds like you were looking at a Tom Delonge Stratocaster they had just a volume and a Duncan Invader and a hardtail bridge and were made for two years and sold for around 450.00 until 2003 i believe it also had a white speckled pickguard.

Might have been a Straight Six. Rumor has it that it's a limited edition or limited run model. Does this look like what you saw?

Reason I say Tom Delonge is because it has the hard tail and the Straght Six does not but they are very much alike. Heres my Straght Six.
