I have a 2006 Highway One strat. And I was wondering if I would be able to put a pickgaurd on it with a reverse slanted bridge pickup? (Like the voodoocaster or Gypsy pickgaurds).

You might be able to. The bridge pickup route under the pickplate is routed for a humbucker so you might be able to fit it in.

Will the bridge route let the pickup slant the other way? You may have to enlarge it some to make it work. Other then that I think you are good to go.

The bridge pup routing on my 2006 Highway 1 is large enough to do it.

im interested to see what the outcome is.

what kind of sound difference that come out of changing the angle.
i read somewhere that jimmy hendrix got his sound due to having a righty guitar, and of course the amp and effects helped.

is that what your shooting for?
are you using the same p/u?

pics before and after please.

Yeah just look up one of the Fender MIM reverse headstock strats, they come stock with a reverse slanted bridge pickup. It changes the whole tone of the treble pickup, much more Hendrixy.

The original intent of angling the bridge pickup was to let the bass strings retain more of their bass tone while the treble strings would ring out more trebly. Reversing the angle will reduce the bass tone of the bass strings somewhat. Try picking your low e closer and closer to the bridge to get an idea.
