Sound, tone and that they stay in tune = most important!

Thanks! :D

Dude...that was sick! I love it! You play with a lot of emotion...sounds really good.

I'd go for the Fender Standard if you are looking for a Strat.... It's in the price range you are working with..

Keep up the great chops!

Cheers

First of all, lucky you to have 1100 dollars to spare!

The difference is, the standard is just a regular strat: alnico pickups, tremolo bridge, everything is what a strat should be in 2008.

The deluxe is basically a standard, only witht the s-1 switching system. Look on this website to find out what the s-1 does. I know myself, but it's too much to explain.

Also the deluxe has noiseless pickups. Probably worth the extrat 200 bucks.

First of all great chops!!! I hope that you are able to spent that $1,100 in the states and not in Sweden. I was across the pond in Finland last Feb.-March and was floored at what thet were getting for american instruments.
I could've sold my MIM Nashville Tele that I brought as a semi-beater for about a grand U.S. Keep up the good work and good luck with your search for a new git. Oh and if I was you I'd go for a Deluxe you definately deserve it. Peace. J.J.B.

Thanks for all the answers people. :D Have a hard time answering 'cos the open times of the forum are when I'm sleeping.

Anyway,
will a Mexico Fender Stratocster Deluxe stay in tune if I use a whammy bar? :?:
