I'm not sure about my guitar.
It was stamped 60th anniversary neckplate but the color is not Blizzard pearl.

Are there other color for this model?

Thanks in advance.

I am 99.9% sure that the MIM 60th's are all Blizzard Pearl and the US models are sunburst. Might be a fake.

If still curious have it dated by the serial number..if it turns out not to be from 2006 then it's definatly not a 60th "Diamond" anniversary model. And if it does date to 06 it might be they put a 60th neck and plate on who knows what.

Hi Seawater, my Strat is some kind of silver, with maybe a little metallic sparkle in it (maybe #91 chrome silver, I never knew the real Fender name for that color). I bought it new in June 2007 at my local authorized Fender dealer in Quebec. It had all the 60th stuff on it. The dime size 60th on the rear of the headstock, the 60th on the neck plate, the big 60th on the gig bag, and on the invoice is written:"Strato Std Mex 60 annivers". Plus, while I was shopping for that guitar, I saw the same exact model and color at three different authorized Fender dealers around here. Now I don't know which color it should be but I am quite sure that I own the real thing. At least one of those sold in Canada. By the way the serial number is MZ6072343. I hope you'll find what you're looking for.

Cheers. 8)

Ebaysux and Claude Gallichand, thank you very much for your suggestion.

About my guitar, it had all the 60th stuff on it too. Same as Claude Gallichand's guitar.
The dime size 60th on the rear of the headstock,
the 60th on the neck plate, the big 60th on the gig bag,
and the serial number is MZ6048402.

No problem seawater.
Both of your guitars serial number would indicate a 60th edition.
If it is made in other colors I know notihing about that..the info
I have says blizzard pearl for MIM, Sunburst for USA 60th.

Anyhow the color for MIM 60th should look like the pic below called blizzard pearl...

The US 60th were specific in color. Fender decided to extend it to the Standard series. So far I have seen or heard of Blue, Red and silver. There is one I have seen locally for sale and it is the red (Candy red). Must be the standard 60th are MIM's vs the US series.

The following is copied and pasted original ad for the
standard 60th strat and it lists ONLY blizzard pearl..it mentions
no other color options. But perhaps they made other MIM 60th
editions that had color choices?

A special Strat to honor Fender's first 60 years.

version of the Standard Strat. It has most of the Standard
Series features while incorporating several key features
not normally found in the Standard Strat:
over-wound high-output Tex-Mex Strat pickups
(the same as on the Jimmy Vaughan Strat), a distinctive Blizzard Pearl finish, engraved 60th Anniversary neck plate, and a special anniversary gig bag.
