I have a Mexican strat MN5 serial #. eveything i can find on these serial #'s indicate MN5 + 5 digits after. Mine is MN5 + 6 digits. is this a normal #, or did i get "something special" (lmao at the thought). Thanks for any help.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think the serial numbers can have either 5 or 6 digits.

That's correct, 5 or 6 digits. Sorry but nothing special, I have a MIM with 6 digits also.
