no doubt PRS are great guitars. My only gripe with em is the fact that everyone ive seen play em puts em through a mesa amp :( .
What a way to kill the tone of the guitar. Not that mesa amps are bad, they cloud a guitars tone too much for my liking. Its always put me off trying a prs. Everytime ive seen one played live its all cascading gain and medium to long delay, performed by some guy who wishes phil lynot would rise from the grave (as do I) and spends the evening repeating phrases and licks he learnt off some '28 day money back guarantee, play guitar better' online course. Its a bad advert for the guitars. Mr Smith ought to vet his customers much like the guy who builds Zachary guitars.

I hasten to add not all PRS players are like this, I just havent seen any that differ much from it in my locality.
