Only kidding!

You need to upload your pics to a photo hosting site like Photobucket. Once you have some pics in your album, you just copy the IMG code below the pic you want and paste it into your post.

or you can find a pic on the internet right click on it go down to properties copy yhe link and put [img]before%20the%20link%20and[/img] after the link and thatn will put it on here :D
