It sure is highly suspect. That headstock looks way funny: truss rod hole, logo, etc.

The neck has got a Highway One vibe to it (22 frets, large headstock), but the body looks Standard (2 point trem).

If you want to take it apart, make note of everything written you can find (numbers and what have you), take pictures, and show them to us.

The one with the decal that's considered fake, the decal looks kind of dragged or stretched out a bit. What did someone do put a fake decal on it or try to put the real decal and messed up a bit?

Stretched out, yes, the font is not quite right. It's a non-authentic decal. Look at how the "F" isn't lined up properly with the rest of "ender."

That's the decal for the 70's Strat or the Highway One. Notice it looks as though there's no gold trim around the logo? That's a giveaway right there! 8)
