In minor adjustments of the action it's not that noticable however a major change to your action will alter the string length thus altering the intonation.

Most likely it will. Once you alter your string gauqes that will affect the floating bridge or even if you just adjust your action you'll probably throw thte intonation off a little from where it was and also have to reset or tweak that over again as well.
