There are so many strats out there but which of those Strats appealed to you the most & why?

I haven't experimented with too many Strat models. But from what I've tried so far I would say an old EC strat & a 50th anniversary Strat really impressed me.I was also surprised by the feel of some of the Mex Strats & a cheap Squier Strat that made my fingers do magic! I owned an Old American strat that had lace sensors & wilkinson bridge with locking keys on it.It had a great tone but I could hardly bend a string on it .I finally had to use .008s on it but still wasn't happy with the neck feel.So thats my story so far!

My Clapton strat with vintage noiseless pu's. With a tube amp it's versatility is unmatched. It has handled everything I've throwed at it, and with class.

The best Strat i have played is an Fender Custom Shop 62' Heavy Relic in Black

everything on that guitar just felt right for me!!!

The neck was perfect and the Pickups had a real nice sound very vintagey (ofcourse  )

i belive it comes with CS 69' pickups wich means i get to get some of them for my MIM strat!!

A 1966 pre-CBS sunburst that a buddy of mine owned

It played real nice and the tone was very unique. It was a very nice guitar. I am not choosing this one because it was the oldest that I have ever played ... it really was a nice git.

It would have to be my olympic white John Mayer Stratocaster. I love the pick ups and the neck is sweet.

I like the standard models. They are just good, basic guitars that you don't feel bad about customizing as things come up.

I like my American Series Strat -- sunburst finish, maple fretboard, excellent playability and classic tone to go with its classic looks.

My 1986 MIJ '72 RI Strat. It has the look and the feel that appeal to me, and the playability is just fabulous.

My MiM std. is my favorite of all of them. I haven't played but a few Strats though, but for some reason this one juts calls out to me totally.

That, and for some reason, I think I may just like the pups on this one better than I like the American Series Strats....

The coolest strat I ever played was a '64 that belongs to a country music celeb - The old ones definitely play great!! Must be nice to be rich!!

Other than that, my '75 is really cool - I love that thing!

Playing wise, its gonna be hard to beat the '08 Am. Standard I just got - that thing is a player!

A friend's John Cruz Masterbuilt 1960 Custom Relic Strat. Tone to the bone and played like butta.

I played a white JV strat at a music shop and I liked it very much. If I didn't have an mij 50's RI of the same color I would have bought it right away. :D
