Your "image" leads to google pic search for "Jes Steineger of Coalesce"...
The Strat he's playing is one of the many 70's models, the resolution in the pics is too small for me to pinpoint the exact model. Doesn't have the bullet truss rod, though.

Little more apparent there.
3-bolt neck, but with the serial number on the back of the headstock.
That would probably be a MiM 70s series... but they have a bullet truss rod.
It could be a Partscaster made with an American Special neck, but the American Special neck is not drilled for 3-bolt.

The electrical tape on the headstock may be covering the bullet... the MiM neck bullets don't protrude as far as they did on the CBS Strats.

Pickguard is something he made or had made... It's not a production model (in that neck/body configuration).

Damn, you're making this a mystery-that-lingers-if-it-isn't-solved...

OK. Some stories about that guy mishandling his instruments, so the truss rod bolt may just have snapped off, thus tape...
It's an HH so I'm thinking non-original - or does someone remember a three-bolter with that pickup combo?
A regular trem. Trem back cover middle screws slanted. Seventies "F" tuners.

Is there a Micro-Tilt hole? What's that stamp on the back of the neck?

Why doesn't Jes Steineger just tell us..?

I found a pic of him playing a white-on-white with the bullet peaking out from under the tape, so I think it's just covering it.
I'm pretty sure it's a MiM 70s, either Vintera or Classic, and yes, not the original pickguard.
That would fit the F tuners and 3-bolt, with serial number on the back.
Could be a home-brew with a Warmoth body... Fender sells those necks for $299, they come with the plate for the 3-bolt mounted, and the two bottom holes drilled to match 4-bolt, so they can be used on a 3 or 4 bolt body. They are also pre-drilled for the F tuners.
I have one in maple, and they come with a legit MiM serial number on the back of the headstock.

The American Special neck lacks the bullet, but it's not configured for a 3-bolt and is drilled for the modern 2-pin tuners.
