First: Any help received is greatly appreciated-thank you in advance!
I'd like to find a method where I can dedicate the second tone control to the bridge pick-up and use the first tone control for the middle and neck pickups or use that tone control to bypass the tone circuit completely. (straight to jack) (push pull control?)

What? You don't know how a switch works? Or what switches are available? Posts like this tend to piss me off.

I'm guessing you're going to pay someone to implement this. Have the balls to pay that same person some extra to figure it out.

Generally speaking, the internet is free, but that doesn't mean you'll find the answer to your question here.

There are techs out there trying to earn a living, but they are not likely to give their expertise away for free.

JMHO,

Thanks for your reply; I hope it didn't take you away from pinching babies or pulling the wings off flies....

I stand by my reply.

If you don't know how a switch works, then that's on you. If you do, then stop being lazy, and figure it out, or pay someone to figure it out for you. There's no shame in doing that.

I'm not interested in your "stand by" position. If you didn't want to post a proper, polite answer, then why reply at all? That is an answer we both can figure out....

I'm a capitalist. If you can't figure it out for yourself, then pay someone to figure it out for you. I don't think it would cost much. Maybe 5 or 10 bucks.

Forget the switch temporarily, and wire the second tone control directly to the bridge pickup. That still leaves the switch for switching the 3 pickups and the other tone control.
I apologize for not being "polite".
Use a push pull or some other kind of switch to bypass the tone control on the middle and neck pickup or a multiple pole switch to bypass tone controls on all pickups (even if the bridge pickup is not switched in).

You owe me 5 bucks. I won't hold my breath waiting for it.

I suppose you've missed the many sites that post wiring diagrams? (Seymour Duncan, Dimarzio etc)

Go upstairs and ask your parents if you need five dollars.

Thanks for your help....

The first bit is easy enough to do https://www.fralinpickups.com/wp-conten ... -Guide.pdf

You might be able to hook up a "blower" position with a push/pull pot.
The images should give you a fair idea
