Hi, I am thinking of changing my 2012 American Standard Stratocaster stock pickups for the 57'/62'reissue ones, I have heard them and fell in love with its sound but I dont know if that model would wourk on my lefty Strat since I can see the poles are sort of staggered.

Can someone help me solve this doubt and know if they would work properly on my guitar or should I forget about this idea.

Thank you everyone for your help.

The only way I know to preserve the voicing of those pickups on a southpaw guitar is to rotate each pickup 180 degrees in it's mounting hole. However the body's pickup routs and or the pickups' lead length may not permit that.

There's a way to adjust pole pieces height, I don't know where I see that fews months ago.

Before I see how to I was sure we can't .

Retro; lead length is easy to fix.
Body routing ask more work.

And diddling with non-adjustable pole pieces risks damaging the pickups.

Roll the dice and take your chances, frere.

^^^^^ This.

If the pickup has plastic bobbins, then there is little risk.
If it uses traditional construction, such as the Custom Shop lines, you risk the fine wires sticking to the poles and being torn. Greatest risk is on the ends, but if the wax doesn't release from the pole before the coil, the pole will take wire with it.
I would not chance it.

Just remember than Hendrix played right-handed pickups reversed, so you'd be in good company ;)

Retro and CB91710 you where not wrong.

Before I see how to, I was sure you can't. You must know how to do before trying.

It was a video on Y-T
