I have a Roland cube and a solid state Traynor, they are OK.
BUT
I'm about to add a Blues Jr. so I can get some actually decent sounds instead of the emulated synthetic approximations coming out of the all solid state digital processors.

Which Cube do you have?

I have my Blues Jr., and I have a Cube 60. I changed the speaker in the Cube of course.

A Roland Cube 15x will run you a bit more than a regular solid-state 15W amp, but its well worth the cash! I sure wish I had one.

Otherwise, the Fender G-DEC Jr. is a good amp when set to clean...driven modes on it are garbage though. But thats what I use the Digitech Grunge for (play one through a clean channel, gets you a nice PanterA sound.) :D
