You're 0.001" out on the relief, which means you need to tighten the truss rod slightly.

Anyways, to my likings that is way much relief, I try to aim at somewhere less than half of that.

But the bridge height seems to be in the right ballpark.

So, thinking other possibilities, what's the real string length on the 1st (high-E) string from the nut to the saddle contact point? (That's the 'ROUGHING IT OUT" measurement on stratmangler's link.)
And what's the neck angle, any shims there? (I know it shouldn't make a difference, but anyways...)

Get a tailors fitting ruler and reset the strings to 25.5 inches. First ensure your pickups r at the right height (even sounds on all switch positions and that there isn’t any feedback from poles affecting string vibrato) then intonate. If it’s sharp turn screw to right to increase distance

Hi guys and thank you all for your feedback.
At the end I changed strings for a fresh new set and rechecked all the guitar settings. The only change in setting I made was the relief, from 0.011” to 0.010”, and rechecked the intonation. For the first time since I have this guitar(3 years) I need to shorten the string length for intonation, solving the problem with the 6th string adjusting screw. It is amazing what a tiny change in relief can do.

So was it the relief, the strings or a combination of both?
I like to alter and test one thing at a time then it is easier to ascertain the solution. :)

I think it was a combination of both. In previous string changes I didn´t touch the relief
