Time to use a pro, as suggested before. That's the easy way.

Diagnosing this via the web is on the verge of impossible.
But if you want to give it a go, you need to give a lot more info, starting with:
How (and how much) is the intonation wrong - 12th fret, some frets on the fretboard, what?
Do you run out of saddle adjustment, and if so, which way? Or is the 12th-fret-intonation OK but chords play out of tune?
What kind of tuner (if any) are you using?
How is the tremolo set up (pics, please)?
What's the nut height, relief, action?
How's the neck angle?

Very good. I think most folks here want to help, but the statement "can't adjust intonation perfectly" is not much help. First of all, it will never be perfect.

Hey. I am on holydays and with free time I decided to block the bridge with two pieces of wood that I made and now I was able to adjust with the specs that came with my guitar. Thanks a lot for all of you guys.

Sorry if my orthography is wrong.

So essentially your trem wasn't adjusted and balanced with the springs properly

That's hardly a solution. Your guitar should intonate properly without blocking the bridge.
