I have a fender strato deluxe fitted with noiseless pickups N3 and I wonder if I can install the treble bleed on the potentiometer with the swith button?

I'm absolutely no wiring wizard, so I waited a bit to see if you'd get any expert answers. But to get the topic rolling:

I'm guessing your current wiring is this one: http://www.fmicassets.com/Damroot/Origi ... B_SISD.pdf

I can't think any reason why a treble bleed would mess the current wiring. But since that's a very rare mod, the cap/resistor (or a cap and 2 resistors..) values might need some testing with trial/error. And since there's very little room under the pickguard, the job will be a PIA.

I would be a little reluctant to start a job like that. But if you are confident with your skills and absolutely want/need the treble bleed, well...

There's very little info on this kind of mod, so maybe post the results if you go ahead.
