Hey,
I just bought a lefty 1977 Fender Stratocaster and have just realised that the headstock is reverse.

Is this normal for 1977 lefty strats?

They were mirror-images of righties, with the exception of the decal.

Yours should have a decal under "Fender" beginning with "S7xxxxx"

If your decal is also a mirror image OR flipped to be readable by a right-handed player, then you do not have an authentic '77 Strat... it is a neck from one of the early Hendrix signature models
