No correct me if I am wrong but the mexi PG's are more like vintage ones?
If it does I don't think the screw holes line up correctly.

Pickguards: I've purchased several aftermarket pickguards, and they're usually catagorized as "Mexican, American Strats 11-hole". At least that's how the Fender aftermarket pickguards are described. Simply count the number of screws that afix the pickguard to the body and that's the type of pickguard you need. The vintage style pickguards are typically 7-hole pickguards...so count the holes. Good Luck!

I've had various strats and about every brand of pickguard they make. I can tell you that almost none of them are EXACTLY the same as far as hole spacing and positioning. You can buy an 11-hole from different companies and they'll all be just slightly different.

Horrible? No. But you'll notice that a few screws won't be going in straight, and will have to be just slightly angled enough to make the head of it not flush with the top. Too close to drill another hole and have it create on huge hole, but too far to keep the screw straight.
