What does it say on the COA?
How about posting up some pics while you're at it?

Ok, what does the forum think is a fair price for the Fender Stratacaster 1995 Custom shop. See my past post form past post above. I also have a Strat 50th anniversary that is a great sounding i enjoy playing that mor than the Les Paul i have or the Black Beauty. But I really don't know what type of pick up are in it. Would anyone know what kind of pickups the put in the 50th anniversary model.

Prob should start a new thread but it depends. There were a few. All strats that came out that year have a 50th neck plate but were not true anni models.
The 50th USA std had cs 54s with plastic wires.
The 50th US deluxe had SCNs.
Lets see pics. :D

Not the 50th strat I am thinking of but is 50th fender anni celebrating 50 years of fender 1996
Pickups might be American std with plastic bobbins though I thought that vintage had all flat pole pieces hopefully someone else will chime in ..:D

It is worth what someone will pay and not a farthing more.
When it comes to guitars, rarity is not a certified value guarantee.
Even age and pedigree are not a value guarantee.
The vintage market is receding.
The rule is always the same when selling higher value collectable gear.
Always.
Ask high and wait.
Ask low and sell.
It has always been thus.
Thank the old Gods and the new I am not slave to that system.
GLWYS.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
